New Zealand Centralised National Risk Assessment

Public consultation is now open

Dear FSC stakeholders,

FSC International has completed the attached draft assessment based on the work of several different international consultants including input from Scion Research. The so-called draft Centralised National Risk Assessment or CNRA is now open for stakeholder consultation. This will run for 30 days starting from 26 March 2018 to 27 April 2018.

The draft standards and feedback form documents are downloadable on the right side.

A workshop will be hosted by the Wood Processors and Manufacturers Association in Wellington on 9 April from 10am to 12:30pm. The workshop is an opportunity to ask questions and to hear from Scion and FSC officials about the document and the Controlled Wood process.
Let us know if you are unable to travel but would like to participate and we will try to arrange a conference call.

Philip Millichamp from Oji Fibre Solutions is the contact point to send your feedback. You may also contact him if there are any questions.
